FAQ
SAMSW
Why join?
SAMSW is a great way to network within the program that will not only help alleviate some unknown territory throughout your JMSW journey but also make lasting connections. SAMSW is also great way to learn how to advocate for yourself and your group at a micro, mezzo, and macro level.
How do I become involved?
Head on over to the join tab for all the details!
How do I become an officer?
Elections will be held during the last four weeks of the Spring semester. Becoming a co-chair or general member during the Fall is a great way to familiarize yourself with what role you may want to run for.

Do I have to find a separate internship to do this?
No, this is in conjunction with the placement you are provided. Let Professor Sweeten know that you are interested in applying to BTIIC so she can provide you with a placement that would be approved by BTIIC.
Placements
All questions regarding placements should be directed to Professor Sweeten at Brenda.Sweeten@unt.edu.
